With over a decade of experience in criminal defense, Kevin Lowe has earned a strong reputation as a talented and effective trial attorney. Attorney Lowe concentrates his practice in DUI, traffic, felony and misdemeanor law. Over the years, he has represented hundreds of clients facing criminal charges. He also accepts juvenile cases and civil matters, including divorce, paternity, and personal injury.
Kevin Lowe's vast criminal trial experience includes everything from Retail Theft to First Degree Murder. Always prepared to handle serious charges, many of Lowe's cases have received regional media coverage. In 2005, he defended a former student of Woodruff High School in Peoria, who had been accused of firing a gun at another student in the hallways of the school -- a case that garnered national media attention. His civil experience includes divorce, custody, paternity, forfeiture, injury, and malpractice.
Kevin attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he received his undergraduate degree in 1992, majoring in economics, and his law degree in 1995. Kevin is licensed to practice in the United Stated District Court, Central District of Illinois and in the State Courts of Illinois.
